Do you offer virtual therapy?
Yes! I offer virtual therapy sessions via secure video platforms. This allows you to attend therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space—anywhere in British Columbia, Manitoba, or Ontario.

Who do you work with?
I work with adults primarily, which includes teens over the age of 16 who are able to consent to services. I specialize in working with:

Perfectionists who feel pressure to "get it right" all the time, and may struggle with anxiety, procrastination, or fear of failure

Is virtual therapy effective?
Yes, virtual therapy has been shown to be just as effective as in-person therapy for many people. It also offers added flexibility, convenience, and accessibility, especially if you have a busy schedule, are living with disabilities, or live in a rural area.
What technology do I need for virtual sessions?
You’ll need:

A device with a camera and microphone (computer, tablet, or smartphone)

A quiet, private space for your session
I use a secure, confidential platform that meets Canadian privacy standards (HIPAA/PIPEDA compliant).
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations require at least 24 business hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. This helps ensure fairness and availability for all clients.
